Imdcontrols aggregates and displays limited excerpts, headlines, and thumbnails from Third-Party Content strictly pursuant to the doctrine of “fair use” as defined under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107) and similar doctrines in other jurisdictions. Our use of this content is transformative, as we provide a centralized aggregation service for informational and research purposes. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Imdcontrols, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
